Nurse Practitioner Jobs Wem for a GP surgery required!
Locum Meds is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to work on a locum basis within a GP Surgery near the Wem area.
In return, we offer £30-£60 per hour(including holiday pay). This is a great opportunity to take back control of your working rota by working only shifts that suit you and also a chance to work with a wider variety of patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial patient screenings and patient history and physical examinations
- Update patient records and check records for accuracy at each patient appointment
- Analyze test data and determine the need for follow-up appointments and further treatment options
- Deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity
- Serve as the resource patients need for ongoing care information, counselling and also provide guidance for any patients with critical conditions
Qualifications
- RGN and also evidence of recent Study (PREP)
- Recognized Minor Illness. Injuries Certificate or willingness to undertake
- Recognized Nurse Prescribing Qualification
Skills
- Must hold current license/registration to practice
- Excellent verbal and also written communication skills
- Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
- Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Experience
- One must be a Registered Nurse(RN)
- NP-focused graduate master’s or Doctoral Nursing Program
- Successfully Pass a National NP Board Certification Exam
