About The Roles
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join a progressive dental practice in Aberdeen. This full-time role offers an excellent salary, modern facilities, and the opportunity to make a real difference to patients’ oral health in one of Scotland’s most dynamic cities.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive treatments, including scaling, polishing, and periodontal therapy.
Deliver tailored oral health education and patient motivation.
Keep accurate and detailed clinical records in line with regulations.
Uphold infection control and cross-infection policies.
Work collaboratively with dentists, dental nurses, and reception staff.
Requirements
Current GDC registration.
Professional indemnity insurance.
Up-to-date CPD portfolio.
Excellent chairside manner and communication skills.
Desirable: NHS and private practice experience, confidence with direct access hygiene, and familiarity with practice management software (SOE/Exact).
