About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join a forward-thinking and supportive dental team in Accrington, Lancashire. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver scaling, polishing, and periodontal therapy.
- Educate and motivate patients to maintain good oral hygiene.
- Maintain accurate patient records in line with GDC guidance.
- Comply with cross-infection and infection control protocols.
- Work closely with dentists, nurses, and receptionists to deliver excellent patient care.
Requirements
- Current GDC registration.
- Valid indemnity insurance.
- CPD portfolio kept up to date.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Desirable: NHS and private sector experience, direct access confidence, knowledge of dental software.
