Job Title: ANP – Farm Animal Sunbury-on-Thames
Location: Farm Animal Sunbury-on-Thames
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £48,000 – £62,000 per year depending on experience.
About the Role
We are looking for an autonomous ANP to join a supportive GP practice in Farm Animal Sunbury-on-Thames. This is an excellent permanent opportunity to run your own clinics seeing patients with acute and minor illness, with GP support on site.
Key Responsibilities
- See patients with acute and undifferentiated presentations in face to face and telephone clinics.
- Assess, diagnose, treat and refer within your scope of practice.
- Prescribe independently as a registered non-medical prescriber.
- Support the management of long term conditions.
- Record consultations accurately on the practice clinical system.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN
- Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Non-medical prescriber
- Confident working autonomously with GP support
