Job Title: Chronic Disease Practice Nurse – Teignmouth
Location: Teignmouth
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £32,000 – £44,000 per year depending on experience.

An opportunity has become available for a Chronic Disease Practice Nurse in Teignmouth. The practice is forward thinking, well organised and puts patient care and staff wellbeing first.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold chronic disease management clinics with appropriate follow up.
- Perform cervical cytology and provide family planning advice.
- Administer vaccinations and manage cold chain compliance.
- Assess and treat minor injuries and wounds.
- Contribute to audits, protocols and infection control.
Requirements
- NMC registered nurse
- Recent experience in general practice
- Up to date with mandatory training and revalidation
- Familiar with EMIS or SystmOne
