Job Title: General Practice Nurse – Droylsden Emergency
Location: Droylsden Emergency
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year depending on experience.

An opportunity has become available for a General Practice Nurse in Droylsden Emergency. The practice is forward thinking, well organised and puts patient care and staff wellbeing first.
Key Responsibilities
- Run chronic disease clinics including asthma, COPD, diabetes and hypertension.
- Deliver childhood and adult immunisations and travel vaccinations.
- Carry out cervical screening and wound care.
- Provide health promotion and lifestyle advice.
- Maintain accurate records on the practice clinical system.
Requirements
- NMC registered nurse
- Recent experience in general practice
- Up to date with mandatory training and revalidation
- Familiar with EMIS or SystmOne
