Job Title: Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Farm Animal Dronfield
Location: Farm Animal Dronfield
Employment Type: Part-Time flexible sessions
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per year pro rata depending on experience.

An opportunity has arisen for a Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Farm Animal Dronfield. The practice is well organised, forward thinking and committed to advanced practice as part of its clinical model.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide autonomous consultations for patients of all ages.
- Manage acute presentations and exacerbations of chronic disease.
- Issue prescriptions and make onward referrals.
- Mentor practice nurses and support their development.
- Contribute to clinical governance, audit and protocol review.
Requirements
- Active NMC registration
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent
- Independent prescribing qualification (V300)
- Experience managing minor illness in primary or urgent care
