Job Title: Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Farm Animal Felsted
Location: Farm Animal Felsted
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £48,000 – £62,000 per year depending on experience.
About the Role
Our client in Farm Animal Felsted is recruiting a Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work alongside the GP partners. The practice values clinical autonomy and offers protected time, peer support and a manageable caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Run same day and urgent access clinics for minor illness and minor injury.
- Order and interpret investigations and act on results.
- Prescribe independently and review medication.
- Carry out home visits where required.
- Work closely with GPs, pharmacists and the nursing team.
Requirements
- Active NMC registration
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent
- Independent prescribing qualification (V300)
- Experience managing minor illness in primary or urgent care
