Our client in Bath is recruiting a Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work alongside the GP partners. The practice values clinical autonomy and offers protected time, peer support and a manageable caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced clinical assessment across a varied primary care caseload.
- Diagnose and manage acute illness with GP support available.
- Prescribe within your competence as an independent prescriber.
- Support the duty doctor with on the day demand.
- Maintain thorough, contemporaneous clinical records.
Requirements
- NMC registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner
- Recent primary care or urgent care experience
- Independent prescriber with a current portfolio
- Excellent communication and decision making skills
