Job Title: Lead Practice Nurse – Caernarfon
Location: Caernarfon
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year depending on experience.
About the Role
A well established GP surgery in Caernarfon is seeking a Lead Practice Nurse to strengthen its nursing team. You will work alongside GPs, ANPs and healthcare assistants delivering the full range of practice nursing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage long term condition reviews to QOF standards.
- Undertake treatment room duties including dressings, injections and ECGs.
- Support the practice immunisation programme.
- Provide contraception and sexual health advice within competence.
- Work with the wider team to deliver safe, effective care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN
- Primary care or treatment room experience
- Confident with cytology, immunisations and long term condition reviews
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
