About the Role

We are looking for an autonomous Primary Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a supportive GP practice in Newbury East. This is an excellent full-time opportunity to run your own clinics seeing patients with acute and minor illness, with GP support on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous consultations for patients of all ages.
• Manage acute presentations and exacerbations of chronic disease.
• Issue prescriptions and make onward referrals.
• Mentor practice nurses and support their development.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audit and protocol review.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN
• Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Non-medical prescriber
• Confident working autonomously with GP support
