Job Title: General Practice Nurse – Night Stanford-le-Hope
Location: Night Stanford-le-Hope
Employment Type: Part-Time flexible sessions
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year pro rata depending on experience.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced General Practice Nurse to join a friendly GP practice team in Night Stanford-le-Hope. This is an excellent part-time opportunity for a nurse who enjoys long term condition management, health promotion and building relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nurse led clinics for patients with long term conditions.
- Carry out phlebotomy, ear care, spirometry and other treatment room procedures.
- Deliver flu, shingles, pneumococcal and childhood vaccinations.
- Support new patient checks and NHS health checks.
- Keep clinical records complete and up to date.
Requirements
- Active NMC registration
- Experience as a Practice Nurse in a GP setting
- Chronic disease management and immunisation experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
