Job Title: GP Surgery Practice Nurse – Bexley

Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced GP Surgery Practice Nurse to join a friendly GP practice team in Bexley. This is an excellent full-time opportunity for a nurse who enjoys long term condition management, health promotion and building relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nurse led clinics for patients with long term conditions.
• Carry out phlebotomy, ear care, spirometry and other treatment room procedures.
• Deliver flu, shingles, pneumococcal and childhood vaccinations.
• Support new patient checks and NHS health checks.
• Keep clinical records complete and up to date.

Requirements

• Active NMC registration
• Experience as a Practice Nurse in a GP setting
• Chronic disease management and immunisation experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
