Job Title: GP Surgery Practice Nurse – Tillicoultry
Location: Tillicoultry
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £32,000 – £44,000 per year depending on experience.
About the Role
A well established GP surgery in Tillicoultry is seeking a GP Surgery Practice Nurse to strengthen its nursing team. You will work alongside GPs, ANPs and healthcare assistants delivering the full range of practice nursing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nurse led clinics for patients with long term conditions.
- Carry out phlebotomy, ear care, spirometry and other treatment room procedures.
- Deliver flu, shingles, pneumococcal and childhood vaccinations.
- Support new patient checks and NHS health checks.
- Keep clinical records complete and up to date.
Requirements
- Active NMC registration
- Experience as a Practice Nurse in a GP setting
- Chronic disease management and immunisation experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
