Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per year depending on experience.

About the Role

A well established primary care practice in Limehouse is seeking a Lead Advanced Nurse Practitioner. You will assess, diagnose, treat and prescribe for patients presenting with undifferentiated conditions as part of the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Run same day and urgent access clinics for minor illness and minor injury.
• Order and interpret investigations and act on results.
• Prescribe independently and review medication.
• Carry out home visits where required.
• Work closely with GPs, pharmacists and the nursing team.

Requirements

• NMC registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner
• Recent primary care or urgent care experience
• Independent prescriber with a current portfolio
• Excellent communication and decision making skills
