Job Title: Lead Practice Nurse – Emergency Emergency Weybridge
Location: Emergency Emergency Weybridge
Employment Type: Part-Time flexible sessions
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year pro rata depending on experience.

Our client, a busy primary care practice in Emergency Emergency Weybridge, is recruiting a Lead Practice Nurse. The role offers a supportive team, protected clinic time and genuine investment in your development.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold chronic disease management clinics with appropriate follow up.
- Perform cervical cytology and provide family planning advice.
- Administer vaccinations and manage cold chain compliance.
- Assess and treat minor injuries and wounds.
- Contribute to audits, protocols and infection control.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN
- Primary care or treatment room experience
- Confident with cytology, immunisations and long term condition reviews
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
