Job Title: Lead Practice Nurse – Farm Animal Nunburnholme
Location: Farm Animal Nunburnholme
Employment Type: Part-Time flexible sessions
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year pro rata depending on experience.

An opportunity has become available for a Lead Practice Nurse in Farm Animal Nunburnholme. The practice is forward thinking, well organised and puts patient care and staff wellbeing first.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage long term condition reviews to QOF standards.
- Undertake treatment room duties including dressings, injections and ECGs.
- Support the practice immunisation programme.
- Provide contraception and sexual health advice within competence.
- Work with the wider team to deliver safe, effective care.
Requirements
- NMC registered nurse
- Recent experience in general practice
- Up to date with mandatory training and revalidation
- Familiar with EMIS or SystmOne
