Job Title: Locum Practice Nurse – Farm Animal Marlborough East
Location: Farm Animal Marlborough East
Employment Type: Locum / Temporary
Rate: £25 – £40 per hour depending on experience.
About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Locum Practice Nurse for a GP practice in Farm Animal Marlborough East. The role suits a nurse with primary care experience who wants variety across chronic disease clinics, immunisations and treatment room work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage long term condition reviews to QOF standards.
- Undertake treatment room duties including dressings, injections and ECGs.
- Support the practice immunisation programme.
- Provide contraception and sexual health advice within competence.
- Work with the wider team to deliver safe, effective care.
Requirements
- NMC registered nurse
- Recent experience in general practice
- Up to date with mandatory training and revalidation
- Familiar with EMIS or SystmOne
