Rate: £45 – £65 per hour depending on experience.
About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Minor Illness Advanced Nurse Practitioner for a GP surgery in Night Night Stanford-le-Hope. The role suits an experienced advanced practitioner who wants a settled position with real clinical responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- See patients with acute and undifferentiated presentations in face to face and telephone clinics.
- Assess, diagnose, treat and refer within your scope of practice.
- Prescribe independently as a registered non-medical prescriber.
- Support the management of long term conditions.
- Record consultations accurately on the practice clinical system.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN
- Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Non-medical prescriber
- Confident working autonomously with GP support
