About the Role

We are looking for an autonomous Minor Illness Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a supportive GP practice in Salisbury. This is an excellent locum opportunity to run your own clinics seeing patients with acute and minor illness, with GP support on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical assessment across a varied primary care caseload.
• Diagnose and manage acute illness with GP support available.
• Prescribe within your competence as an independent prescriber.
• Support the duty doctor with on the day demand.
• Maintain thorough, contemporaneous clinical records.

Requirements

• NMC registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner
• Recent primary care or urgent care experience
• Independent prescriber with a current portfolio
• Excellent communication and decision making skills
