Job Title: GP Surgery Practice Nurse – Monmouth Exotics
Location: Monmouth Exotics
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £32,000 – £44,000 per year depending on experience.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced GP Surgery Practice Nurse to join a friendly GP practice team in Monmouth Exotics. This is an excellent permanent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys long term condition management, health promotion and building relationships with patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage long term condition reviews to QOF standards.
- Undertake treatment room duties including dressings, injections and ECGs.
- Support the practice immunisation programme.
- Provide contraception and sexual health advice within competence.
- Work with the wider team to deliver safe, effective care.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN
- Primary care or treatment room experience
- Confident with cytology, immunisations and long term condition reviews
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
