About the Role

We are looking for an autonomous Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join a supportive GP practice in Chalfont St Giles. This is an excellent part-time opportunity to run your own clinics seeing patients with acute and minor illness, with GP support on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous consultations for patients of all ages.
• Manage acute presentations and exacerbations of chronic disease.
• Issue prescriptions and make onward referrals.
• Mentor practice nurses and support their development.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audit and protocol review.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN
• Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Non-medical prescriber
• Confident working autonomously with GP support
