Job Title: Emergency Veterinary Surgeon – Clitheroe
Location: Clitheroe
Employment Type: Part-Time flexible shifts
Salary: £35000 – £55000 per year pro rata depending on experience.
About the Role
We are looking for a caring and professional Emergency Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly veterinary team in Clitheroe. This is an excellent part-time opportunity for someone passionate about animal welfare and high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first opinion care across a varied caseload.
- Undertake surgical procedures appropriate to experience.
- Support and mentor nursing colleagues.
- Keep clinical records to RCVS standards.
- Contribute to the practice out of hours rota as agreed.
Requirements
- RCVS registered veterinary surgeon
- Sound clinical decision making
