We are currently recruiting a General Practice Nurse for a GP practice in Carluke. The role suits a nurse with primary care experience who wants variety across chronic disease clinics, immunisations and treatment room work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage long term condition reviews to QOF standards.
• Undertake treatment room duties including dressings, injections and ECGs.
• Support the practice immunisation programme.
• Provide contraception and sexual health advice within competence.
• Work with the wider team to deliver safe, effective care.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN
• Primary care or treatment room experience
• Confident with cytology, immunisations and long term condition reviews
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
