Job Title: GP Surgery Practice Nurse – Cannock Chase

Employment Type: Part-Time flexible sessions
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year pro rata depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced GP Surgery Practice Nurse to join a friendly GP practice team in Cannock Chase. This is an excellent part-time opportunity for a nurse who enjoys long term condition management, health promotion and building relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage long term condition reviews to QOF standards.
• Undertake treatment room duties including dressings, injections and ECGs.
• Support the practice immunisation programme.
• Provide contraception and sexual health advice within competence.
• Work with the wider team to deliver safe, effective care.

Requirements

• NMC registered nurse
• Recent experience in general practice
• Up to date with mandatory training and revalidation
• Familiar with EMIS or SystmOne
