Job Title: Primary Care Practice Nurse – Lewisham Night
Location: Lewisham Night
Employment Type: Part-Time flexible sessions
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year pro rata depending on experience.

An opportunity has become available for a Primary Care Practice Nurse in Lewisham Night. The practice is forward thinking, well organised and puts patient care and staff wellbeing first.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold chronic disease management clinics with appropriate follow up.
- Perform cervical cytology and provide family planning advice.
- Administer vaccinations and manage cold chain compliance.
- Assess and treat minor injuries and wounds.
- Contribute to audits, protocols and infection control.
Requirements
- Active NMC registration
- Experience as a Practice Nurse in a GP setting
- Chronic disease management and immunisation experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
