Job Title: Primary Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Farm Animal Farm Animal Congleton
Location: Farm Animal Farm Animal Congleton
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £48,000 – £62,000 per year depending on experience.
About the Role
A well established primary care practice in Farm Animal Farm Animal Congleton is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner. You will assess, diagnose, treat and prescribe for patients presenting with undifferentiated conditions as part of the clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
- Run same day and urgent access clinics for minor illness and minor injury.
- Order and interpret investigations and act on results.
- Prescribe independently and review medication.
- Carry out home visits where required.
- Work closely with GPs, pharmacists and the nursing team.
Requirements
- Active NMC registration
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent
- Independent prescribing qualification (V300)
- Experience managing minor illness in primary or urgent care
