Job Title: Senior Practice Nurse – Little Plumstead
Location: Little Plumstead
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £32,000 – £44,000 per year depending on experience.

Our client, a busy primary care practice in Little Plumstead, is recruiting a Senior Practice Nurse. The role offers a supportive team, protected clinic time and genuine investment in your development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage long term condition reviews to QOF standards.
- Undertake treatment room duties including dressings, injections and ECGs.
- Support the practice immunisation programme.
- Provide contraception and sexual health advice within competence.
- Work with the wider team to deliver safe, effective care.
Requirements
- NMC registered nurse
- Recent experience in general practice
- Up to date with mandatory training and revalidation
- Familiar with EMIS or SystmOne
