Job Title: Senior Practice Nurse – Night Night Brighton
Location: Night Night Brighton
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: £32,000 – £44,000 per year depending on experience.

Our client, a busy primary care practice in Night Night Brighton, is recruiting a Senior Practice Nurse. The role offers a supportive team, protected clinic time and genuine investment in your development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage long term condition reviews to QOF standards.
- Undertake treatment room duties including dressings, injections and ECGs.
- Support the practice immunisation programme.
- Provide contraception and sexual health advice within competence.
- Work with the wider team to deliver safe, effective care.
Requirements
- Active NMC registration
- Experience as a Practice Nurse in a GP setting
- Chronic disease management and immunisation experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
