Job Title: Practice Nurse – Littlebury

Salary: £32,000 – £44,000 per year depending on experience.
About the Role
We are currently recruiting a Practice Nurse for a GP practice in Littlebury. The role suits a nurse with primary care experience who wants variety across chronic disease clinics, immunisations and treatment room work.
Key Responsibilities
- Hold chronic disease management clinics with appropriate follow up.
- Perform cervical cytology and provide family planning advice.
- Administer vaccinations and manage cold chain compliance.
- Assess and treat minor injuries and wounds.
- Contribute to audits, protocols and infection control.
Requirements
- Active NMC registration
- Experience as a Practice Nurse in a GP setting
- Chronic disease management and immunisation experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
