Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per year pro rata depending on experience.

About the Role

A well established primary care practice in Narberth East is seeking a Prescribing Advanced Nurse Practitioner. You will assess, diagnose, treat and prescribe for patients presenting with undifferentiated conditions as part of the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous consultations for patients of all ages.
• Manage acute presentations and exacerbations of chronic disease.
• Issue prescriptions and make onward referrals.
• Mentor practice nurses and support their development.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audit and protocol review.

Requirements

• Active NMC registration
• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent
• Independent prescribing qualification (V300)
• Experience managing minor illness in primary or urgent care
