About the Role

A well established primary care practice in Farm Animal Sleaford is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner. You will assess, diagnose, treat and prescribe for patients presenting with undifferentiated conditions as part of the clinical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced clinical assessment across a varied primary care caseload.
• Diagnose and manage acute illness with GP support available.
• Prescribe within your competence as an independent prescriber.
• Support the duty doctor with on the day demand.
• Maintain thorough, contemporaneous clinical records.

Requirements

• Active NMC registration
• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent
• Independent prescribing qualification (V300)
• Experience managing minor illness in primary or urgent care
