About the Role

We are looking for an autonomous Primary Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a supportive GP practice in Farm Animal Swaffham. This is an excellent permanent opportunity to run your own clinics seeing patients with acute and minor illness, with GP support on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous consultations for patients of all ages.
• Manage acute presentations and exacerbations of chronic disease.
• Issue prescriptions and make onward referrals.
• Mentor practice nurses and support their development.
• Contribute to clinical governance, audit and protocol review.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN
• Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Non-medical prescriber
• Confident working autonomously with GP support
