About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Primary Care Practice Nurse to join a friendly GP practice team in Teddington. This is an excellent permanent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys long term condition management, health promotion and building relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Hold chronic disease management clinics with appropriate follow up.
• Perform cervical cytology and provide family planning advice.
• Administer vaccinations and manage cold chain compliance.
• Assess and treat minor injuries and wounds.
• Contribute to audits, protocols and infection control.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN
• Primary care or treatment room experience
• Confident with cytology, immunisations and long term condition reviews
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
