Job Title: Primary Care Practice Nurse – Inverness

Employment Type: Part-Time flexible sessions
Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year pro rata depending on experience.

About the Role

A well established GP surgery in Inverness is seeking a Primary Care Practice Nurse to strengthen its nursing team. You will work alongside GPs, ANPs and healthcare assistants delivering the full range of practice nursing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage long term condition reviews to QOF standards.
• Undertake treatment room duties including dressings, injections and ECGs.
• Support the practice immunisation programme.
• Provide contraception and sexual health advice within competence.
• Work with the wider team to deliver safe, effective care.

Requirements

• Active NMC registration
• Experience as a Practice Nurse in a GP setting
• Chronic disease management and immunisation experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
