Job Title: Senior Practice Nurse – Night Hove

Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year depending on experience.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Practice Nurse to join a friendly GP practice team in Night Hove. This is an excellent full-time opportunity for a nurse who enjoys long term condition management, health promotion and building relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Run chronic disease clinics including asthma, COPD, diabetes and hypertension.
• Deliver childhood and adult immunisations and travel vaccinations.
• Carry out cervical screening and wound care.
• Provide health promotion and lifestyle advice.
• Maintain accurate records on the practice clinical system.

Requirements

• NMC registered nurse
• Recent experience in general practice
• Up to date with mandatory training and revalidation
• Familiar with EMIS or SystmOne
