Job Title: Referral Veterinary Nurse – Stornoway
Location: Stornoway
Employment Type: Temporary Locum
Rate: £20 – £30 per hour depending on experience.
About the Role
Our client in Stornoway is looking to appoint a Referral Veterinary Nurse. You will join a supportive team with modern facilities and a strong focus on clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality nursing care across inpatients and day cases.
- Assist with diagnostic imaging and laboratory work.
- Monitor anesthesia from induction through recovery.
- Maintain stock, equipment and theatre hygiene.
- Provide clear aftercare advice to clients.
Requirements
- Current RCVS registration
- Confident with anesthesia and theatre work
- Excellent client communication
- Up to date CPD
