Salary: £22000 – £32000 per year pro rata depending on experience.

Our client in Abertillery is looking to appoint a Surgical Veterinary Nurse. You will join a supportive team with modern facilities and a strong focus on clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Run nurse clinics and support preventative health care.
• Prepare theatre and assist during surgery.
• Monitor recovery and administer prescribed treatments.
• Keep clinical records accurate and up to date.
• Support and mentor student veterinary nurses.

Requirements

• Current RCVS registration
• Confident with anesthesia and theatre work
• Excellent client communication
• Up to date CPD
