We are currently recruiting a Treatment Room Practice Nurse for a GP practice in Pangbourne. The role suits a nurse with primary care experience who wants variety across chronic disease clinics, immunisations and treatment room work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage long term condition reviews to QOF standards.
• Undertake treatment room duties including dressings, injections and ECGs.
• Support the practice immunisation programme.
• Provide contraception and sexual health advice within competence.
• Work with the wider team to deliver safe, effective care.

Requirements

• Active NMC registration
• Experience as a Practice Nurse in a GP setting
• Chronic disease management and immunisation experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
