Salary: £48,000 – £62,000 per year depending on experience.

An opportunity has arisen for a Urgent Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Farm Animal Linton Farm Animal. The practice is well organised, forward thinking and committed to advanced practice as part of its clinical model.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide autonomous consultations for patients of all ages.
- Manage acute presentations and exacerbations of chronic disease.
- Issue prescriptions and make onward referrals.
- Mentor practice nurses and support their development.
- Contribute to clinical governance, audit and protocol review.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with current NMC PIN
- Advanced clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Non-medical prescriber
- Confident working autonomously with GP support
