Job Title: Urgent Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Farm Animal Harleston
Location: Farm Animal Harleston
Employment Type: Part-Time flexible sessions
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per year pro rata depending on experience.
About the Role
We are looking for an autonomous Urgent Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join a supportive GP practice in Farm Animal Harleston. This is an excellent part-time opportunity to run your own clinics seeing patients with acute and minor illness, with GP support on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Run same day and urgent access clinics for minor illness and minor injury.
- Order and interpret investigations and act on results.
- Prescribe independently and review medication.
- Carry out home visits where required.
- Work closely with GPs, pharmacists and the nursing team.
Requirements
- NMC registered Advanced Nurse Practitioner
- Recent primary care or urgent care experience
- Independent prescriber with a current portfolio
- Excellent communication and decision making skills
