About the Role

We are currently recruiting a Urgent Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner for a GP surgery in Oundle. The role suits an experienced advanced practitioner who wants a settled position with real clinical responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• See patients with acute and undifferentiated presentations in face to face and telephone clinics.
• Assess, diagnose, treat and refer within your scope of practice.
• Prescribe independently as a registered non-medical prescriber.
• Support the management of long term conditions.
• Record consultations accurately on the practice clinical system.

Requirements

• Active NMC registration
• MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent
• Independent prescribing qualification (V300)
• Experience managing minor illness in primary or urgent care
