Job Title: Urgent Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner – Chickerell
Location: Chickerell
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 per year depending on experience.
About the Role
Our client in Chickerell is recruiting a Urgent Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner to work alongside the GP partners. The practice values clinical autonomy and offers protected time, peer support and a manageable caseload.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced clinical assessment across a varied primary care caseload.
- Diagnose and manage acute illness with GP support available.
- Prescribe within your competence as an independent prescriber.
- Support the duty doctor with on the day demand.
- Maintain thorough, contemporaneous clinical records.
Requirements
- Active NMC registration
- MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or equivalent
- Independent prescribing qualification (V300)
- Experience managing minor illness in primary or urgent care
